Natural Expression Gift Corp is set to be a leading natural gift and floral distribution company. We have created several ground floor opportunities and we are offering a limited sales management positions for motivated individuals.

Our goal is to find the best and talented in South Florida. We are seeking outgoing, conscientious individuals to build, drive and manage daily routes within Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Florida (other areas are under consideration). Internal and external sales support will be provided to our independent sales managers. You will determine your own hours and income.

The Route Sales Manager (RSM) builds partnerships with new and future customers and must be dedicated to meeting their expectations and product requirements. The RSM develops and maintains long term partnerships with all customers, monitors customer feedback and handles customer issues. Our RSM’s are responsible for effective customer communications, managing a route independently and promoting sales growth through active personal sales and account retention. You must enjoy a challenging and customer service atmosphere, meeting customer expectations and requirements while assisting their goals of delivering a successful program.

Natural Expression Gift Corp will provide you with a presentation kit, sales materials, training and route building assistance. We are committed to supporting you in your success. We have designed specific territories that will help you focus your efforts. You decide how many hours a day you want to work, and how much money you want to earn. You work exclusively in your selected territory until completion of the programs.

Our business model sells top shelf natural gift and floral products to high end retailers and specific targeted accounts. We are offering an excellent program for disciplined sales persons willing to generate and maintain new accounts.

Specific Responsibilities

• Promote and sell A Bunch Of Expression and Natural Expression Gifts products & services through account visits, phone and e-mail campaigns in order to achieve sales targets
• Plan and execute the sales cycle, maintain strong customer service and relationship, merchandise products, assist accounts in ordering product and make occasional product and display deliveries.
• Document customer feedback/comments while monitoring market trends and competition
• Apply the highest standards and ethics in all dealings with clients, prospects and potential customers
• Apply time management skills, to be able to coordinate shipments and future requirements from customers.
• Keep route log and customer contact
• Ability to lift 20-50lbs
• Maintain product quality within each store
• Collect payment from customers according to daily invoices/weekly statements
• Manage customer sales/delivery issues as required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-years verifiable experience in marketing and sales
• Excellent communication skills (aptitude to explain concepts over the phone), ability to deal with a wide range of clients
• Highly motivated self-starter with strong initiative and team player

• Good PC skills and internet abilities
• Good driving skills, clean driving record and must have own vehicle with insurance
